    thats a nice idea! you could customise the dials to suit any extra sensors etc you have ans still retain that oe type look.. or you could go all balls out on it.

    could be worth asking him about the possibility of adding boost and afr ?
    the only off putting,is the need for a pc,all the extra weight!but you could probably get away with using a small laptop with an output for the screens..
    its a cool idea but maybe a bit impractical.

    Your best bet would be a thin client type machine with built-in Windows ... something like this http://www.sd-omega.com/, but with dual screen and a solid state drive

    there must a unit there with windows embedded , seems way to much ,i would sure you would have endless problems looks nice though
