internet is full of **** when it come to forums explaining surgery... you get people posting that have never had it done or done it thinking they know it all...much like any forum.

Think long and hard... one bonus is ive lost over a stone in weight lol but iam buggerd but will be ok in the end... you gotta ask your self if its needed of you can just have things like the pain injections and that may do it...

Nhs saved my life as well as fixing my back to me they are awsum
