How to put pictures in messages on this site

Just a quick message on how to post a picture in a thread:

The instructions are as follows:

If you want to upload a picture from your computer then you can either upload it directly into the message your posting by clicking on "Upload pictures or files" below where you would type your message OR you can also upload pictures and other files to the files section (click on files at the top of the page).

You can copy in an existing picture thats on the web somewhere else by copying the URL (link from address bar) of the image and pasting it into the "Insert image" option that can be found at the top of the posting window with the other options. Its button looks like this:

Finally, you can include pictures from photobucket and the like using the above method - you need to copy and paste the "direct link" that's offered in photobucket.

its asking for a url, how do i get a pic off my computer and paste it in, does each pic have a url?

im having trouble uploading pics,ive opened a photobucket account ,have copied and pasted the direct link and entered it into the url on the thread page,no joy???
i have also tried uploading the pics via my pc storeing the pics on decktop and still not working???????????
can any one please help me?
