Suspension for Track only Phase 2

    Hi all,

I am hoping you can give me some advice. I only use my car for trackdays. i seem to be going round the track mostly on three wheels and am thinking of beefing up the front suspension, can anyone give me some advice on the best set up. Spring rates, brands etc. As mentioned this is for track only so can be as hard as f*** if it will help the handling.

    Many thanks

    Dan

There were some recent threads discussing this very thing.

At the bottom of this page was one: https://www.rtoc.org/boards/showthrea...t=speed+season

The other thread was more about road use so the above is more what you want. There's been loads of discussion about it over the years, usually road cars.

Maintaining the tyre contact patch is a main objective, so if the car is lowered the geometry will probably be a bit wrong.
