    One piece downpipes

Not logged in for a while. Is there anyone producing one piece downpipes for the GTT at a reasonable price? Saw one on eBay for £60... What's that about? 😂

Would that be the CGB item, made in China?

Someone here has made some 2 1/2 inch ones. But you just sold yours? You want a 2 inch single piece?

    I sold my BMS one.
Ideally I just want a std elbow, but could put up with a cheap 2" downpipe if they're ok.

Why did you sell your BMS?

I doubt if anyone here will have tried the cheap CGB item. On some of the Facebook groups they might as many there seem to not know anything.

    Re: One piece downpipes

The main problem these days is that when an exhaust is called "stainless" it can be a bit misleading. Most of the Chinese stuff is poor 409 grade (still magnetic) and very thin walled. So it will be fine for the occasional use, and general driving, and stainless to a point, but it will more than likely rust after a while, and if you are planning on running big boost then I wouldn't use one.

I'm replacing a Miltek exhaust on a car next week that has completely rotten and only 3 years old and that was supposed to be stainless. I would say you get what you pay for with exhausts, but sometimes you don't even get that it would appear.
