Advise on top mounts please

My avo coilovers just arrived for my phase 2, can I use oe top mounts or is there a better setup / option if so where can I get them from thanks

It's the part where it says "specify the size of sleeve nut and washer" that's got me a little unsure.

Measure the size of the thread on the damper rod, that's what they are asking for. When I brought a set of those many moons ago they sent me several sets of sleeve nuts.
