I would rather save the childcare time for when i can get the car raced. Childcare time is not what you would call on tap for me and the Mrs

Yes Mike on the doors is fine you won't get a pass for the stand but one of us can lend you ours to get on the stand boss
That's cool, have brought my ticket and pass and saw there was no option to get strip ticket.
You will buy the strip pass when you get there m8 as they need to see your driving licence, so don't forget it

Are there any convoy plans for this? I only live 10 minutes from J14 now so I can jump in on route.
Ill probably be organising some sort of convoy from the south which ya can jump on if ya want ill sort something in the next week time wise
Mick I won't know till the Sunday before pod if my car will make it but will that be to short notice to get on the club stand

That might be OK but it depends if we sell the remaining 18 tickets before then.
Don't worry about that you can get on the stand somehow we did it in the past

im thinking of going Saturday late and camp does anyone know if I will still have to pay in for Saturday or just pay to camp the Saturday ?

You will need to buy a weekend ticket from Pod for that.
We didn't buy any weekend tickets.
I don't expect you'll get stand pass with that though. But there will likely be some spares as we get 40 passes with 40 tickets and some people only need one between two.
If you do get a weekend ticket, let me know and I'll put you name down for a spare stand pass if there are any.
I might be best to get tickets from the club then and just head down sunday morning be a lot cheaper is it £5 for me then add £12.95 if any others come with me ? if I book through the club
Sorry to be a pain but I've received my Sunday show ticket but I've not received a stand pass. Will this be coming at a later date.

It's only on the Sunday retro day but you can go and watch saturday if you please and camp you will need a weekend ticket purchased from pod which was mentioned earlier in the thread

Everyone who's paid should have now received their tickets. Apart from the last one that I didn't get to post today, probably drop that in the box this evening.
Can I please request that you buy your tickets a long way before the last day!, eg, buy them next week after the passes are here.
There are now about 16 left. I don't want to have a load of aggro with them selling in the last week, people still wanting more and waste a load of time trying to get a few extra. Lets do it in plenty of time please. Or you'll be buying them on the gate at full price and parking in the general car park. So spare a thought for the person organising it and buy early

I just received and enveloped the stand passes.
We have a surplus of 8 passes.
So if a few of you are paying on the day you'll still be able to park in the club area. You will need to walk in from the general car park and get the ticket from whoever has them.
ian im happy to take charge of them if ya want too as ill be there if you want to mail em to me ill be arriving about 8.30 ish in the morning, but no probs if someone else is happy to do it
People will have to be able to find you. Will there be a RTOC tent there? You could leave your number with someone there, or leave a note taped to it so people finding the empty tent can then call you?
A few days before the event I could post to you what spares there are.
