    Door Hinge pins stuck- help!

    Phase 2 Single door hinge pins - old type are stuck I've tried everything and can't shift them
    Any ideas welcome -

    Drilling seems to be my only option

    I've yet to do mine

    But if you haven't already? - I'd try running a small drill through the centre of the pin in case there's crude stopping it from compressing, and then a shiiiiiite load of wd40 and some grips to try and get themfree.

    Take it you've got hinge remover tool? - otherwise one of these

    Support door with a block of wood along bottom edge and jack up untill door is straight before hammering

    Mine were a nightmare- we acetylened the door hinge to getine out, came out like a piece of cake
