    Which clutch to use ?

I'm pretty sure my clutch is on its last legs so need to start looking at getting it changed as the car is currently my daily

    It's an F7p turbo with a JC5 box.

I've been out of them game a long time now so any pointers in which clutch to use and places to get it from would be apprreciated.

    cheers

Dependant on your flywheel. I would go for s 6 puk paddle in a volvo 480 t 215mm cover. Plate from techcraft and cover from local motor factors.

as this man says ,but get the helix cover plate, its much stronger than the valeo type cover, and will hold more before slipping
