Fuel pipe replacement

Morning guys I pulled my fuel lines off yesterday that run from the tank to the front, my question is can I replace the metal sections with rubber ones or are they too near the exhaust? The metal sections have most def seen better days and are quite corroded so if I must use metal ones due to the exhaust anyone know where I can get replacement ones?

You can use some 8mm copper pipe for fuel lines, that'll do the job for under the car
