Recovery is sorted too so as long as the cars in good shape I will buy it and crash it at blyton on the track.
Here is the rattle. Once warm under revs it got much worse and was a kinda of fast clapping noise like a engine running on easy start.

After having a good look around the car I don't think its worth close to the asking price. It's clean but nothing like ricardos one and won't fetch a premium close to his. I feel its worth 1900 running tops.
The airbag light is on and the back box is rattling badly.
I saw a clean one with fsh sell for £1600 on eBay last night so paying anything over a grand would be silly in this case.
2 colours that will fetch premium prices for 182s are Racing Blue and Liquid Yellow, throw in low miles, decent history including all belts with paperwork then you'd be asking 4k all day.
I think I was fortunate to get the 3.5k, a well known car in CS circles coupled with decent aftermarket parts definitely helped. I'm looking at getting back into Clio ownership and have my eyes on 182s with history priced at 2.3k, bartering would get it cheaper
That just sets in stone my old dears 50k fsh 0 previous owner 182 ff won't see over 4k.. The price for awesome isn't that high in the clio world, theres just sooooooooo many about.
£3500 or so for my mums car would be epic value for money..
