Hi, new member from Bristol decided to join rtoc after getting a new r5

Owned a 5gt a few years ago but gave in and sold it. After looking for months I've gone and got another I got a 1990 white one in reasonable condition.

Just thought I'd introduce myself and say hello

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! I too am a newbie with a white 1990! They seem a friendly bunch on here which I do find rather disturbing as being from saaaaaf London I'm not used to anyone being friendly!

Welcome to the club fella, just checked out your 5 seems alright not alot wrong with it. Apart from the overspray is the actual paint been sprayed on nice. Why they didn't take them bits off is beyond me

The paint looks good from a distance but up close you can see a quite a few runs a few bits where they haven't used primer so the paint hasn't stuck properly and 1 or 2 bits where the old paint has flaked and they've just sprayed over it
