Im debating viewing it on 27th-28th. and was hoping for a heads up before i went just incase it was a sh*tter.

Try and get abit more info on it mate, it don't look too bad but doesn't say much about bodywork, interior or mechanicals (suspension, brakes etc)

just look out for the usaul rust areas etc and condition of the lump etc

if alls sweet them make him an offer waving some £50's in ya hand...better still use £10's as it looks more apealing

I mean i have the rims on mine that i could put on there.

Just need to know the bodywork is solid and the engine is ticking over.

Does anyone know if a Campus alternator would fit a GT Turbo?

i mean as it goes, i have back light clusters, front headlights, front indicators, exhuast system, and various other bits and bobs i could put on there like my GT turbo water pump, hkm mushroom filter. list goes on

Me and scratcher might be going down to see it on the weekend, if anyone with alot of knowledge and some spare time fancies coming with, would be very much appreciated. Need to sort it out with the seller but planning on heading down there 27th/28th December.

dont look too bad , if the price is right bud , a campus alternator will fit and run , slightly lower amps but will be fine!, as for help . i dunno if logg or big ole cuddly dan C are near to you , theyre great blokes with loads a knowledge , maybe drop um a pm, if they can , im sur theyll help...

Thanks for the advice so far. Let's hope if i do decide to head down there it isn't a wasted journey.

p.s concerning the alternator, i have just bought one and it cost me an arm and a leg and i thought it might be worth putting on a GT. But maybe not if it will mess it up.
