renault clio automatic no fuel at plugs?

hi there hopefully some 1 can help i bought a cheap renault clio 1.4 1997 automatic as a non runner have spent the last few days tinkering with it it turns over and i have a good spark at the plugs.
but no fuel at the plugs i have fuel at the carb but its not getting throught to the plugs i cleaned all the connections to the carb but still no joy any ideas thanx?

theres a red cut off switch in the engine compartment for the fuel i think??it should look like a rubber doorstop!

1997 clio with a carb???

Does it have an integrated immob, from the plip key.... Lock-unlock then start?
Power to the pump?
Have you tried powering up the fuel pump in the tank with a live fused wire?

hiya yer it has a carb has a immobiliser but seems to be comeing off i have fuel at the carb so thought the pump was working?

Itll be a single point throttle body with a single injector, can you see if your getting a pulse to the injector?

i pulled the fuel pipe off the carb and turned it over theres fuel going in the carb

were stumped by the carb part to be honest..... show us a pic. it really shouldnt be a carb on that year, if its a carb and theres fuel there then i'd say float stuck shut? main jet blocked? filter in fuel inlet blocked? not alot else it can be really.

ok ill take a pic tomra of the carb and post it up i did take the carb to bits but theres no float in it seems to be electric

yeah its not a carb, its a single point iinjection throttle body.
