    Gtt fuel tank

Recently bought my 5 which appears to have a fuel leak from the tank when filled above 1/4 full, it looks to have had some repair works before so I'd rather just replace the tank.

99% of time its the bung on the side of the tank, if you get the tank out it can be repaired. the yellow bung inside cracks. either buy a load of araldite and fill it(which is what we did to Big Steves the night before blyton park) or get it plastic welded. i welded mine personally.(with an electric soldering iron. dont use a gas one )

Tiger seal and a pallet knife

Tiger seal is petrol resistant and using the old pallet knife the tank can stay where it is, did mine two years ago and it's been leak free ever since
