    fmic kits

    Am needing one soon so been browsing to see what i can find, stumbled across this for the starlet, and fort its a deal. Why cant anyone come up with something similar to this for the 5's, id deffintaley buy a kit with intercooler, alloy hard pipes and joiners

    forge do a kit with all the right bits, but its double the price of those

    exactly, a r5 fmic kit doesnt look as though it will need as many parts as those starlet ones, and will also only need the smaller universal intercoolers the
    550x180x65 / 550x140x65
    so if he came up with them for 200 id part with the cash.

    Also noticed he does downpipes

    if only the kits where that cheap 4 the 5`s..... im just fittin a universal front mount and buyin bits of pipe as i go. nearly done now, probably costin me around the 200 notes mark.

    To be honest thats the easiest way to do it mate and the cheapest, you can choose the intercooler size you want and also route the pipework the way you want to do it too.
    My advise would be to do that and forget buying a kit, there's loads of universal intercoolers on ebay and also pipework kits avaliable with various pipes and joiners to do the job

    u can get them universal intercoolers from ths for about 120 if i remember correctly, and ask an exhaust company to do the piping for u

    thats a good price that, personaly i would only go fmic if i was to run more power, but the alloy replacement is doing the job fine for what i need it to do

    They did. Boris made a limited batch. Awesome bits of kit. If he'd have been knocking them out at £60 I'd have had two! As it was, they were rather more than that.

    yer i do remember the boris jobbys, was last year when i first got my 5 i think he was making up the last batch, was new to the r5 scene, only just realise what i missed out on.

    Can anyone else get them made up then as borris isnt doing it anymore?
