so been doing a bit of rebuilding on me five
resprayed the front end ,engine bay ,wings ,bonnet ,grill etc
new engine built installed
slowly comin together
opinions on the wheelsnever seen a five with them
think iv made a mistake with the tyres.
fitted yokahoma parada spec 2s but think they look too big on the rim really.
just wana see different peoples views on it. want it to be different
not after being slatted if its not to everyones taste lol

to those who know the car heres some pics on why it was resprayed again! i took the engine out and found . . . . well not as bad as many fives but alot of flakey bits
sorted now tho. still glad i brought the little five tho,given me many journeys and alot of fun.

cheers for the commetsso tried to repair one best i could and had to spray it. its not the best but its ok.
This car is completely fit in my opinion mate and I would leave it exactly how it is on the outside mate and I'll second what Jesus said its all about the old school look matetop job looks a proper car

I remember when this car was rebuilt by the previous owner. It looked such a good job, I can't believe the paint went like that.

I'd use a colour coded ph2 grille in the absence of an original ph1 grille, try and get some ph1 decals and lower it a touch. They would be my choices anyway

I'd just lower it a touch, ditch the blue strips in the front bumper and get some unpainted mirrors on there.
