Fitting is pretty much the same as a normal caliper, extra bit's would be dependant on what kit you have if it was purpose made for the car intended or if it's for another car and may need some additional bracket's, spacer's, etc..
I had Brembo 4 pots on my valver now they weren't intended for the valver they were off another car but worked well, the same kit would / should fit the R5 gtt as the hub's are basically the same other than the valver having bigger bearing's.
Here's a pic and details of parts needed to fit the brembo's, but then you need to add up cost of doing as you may be able to get a set intended for the R5gtt for not much more

I'll admit it I'm doing it purely for looks, the 285mm disks stop the car fine that i have, I'd just really like to replace the calipers with something more inline with the rest of the car now
I was thinking it would require more pressure from the master cylinder to operate the extra pistons?
What disks did u use James? For 172 disks the caliper need a spacer to bring it 3-5mm to the inside because otherwise the calipers fauls the disk...
And are they just the Renault lines? Are they a direct fit into the caliper?
Going to bolt some Peugeot 4-pots to my 9 soon but haven't looked into it very much...
The calipers were of pug 406 3l v6, the lines were custom made to fit didn't cost loads.
Yeah used 172/ 182 - Brembo max discs 280mm jobbies and 20mm hub centric spacers cost about £50 for spacer's, I also needed a 2.5mm washer between the caliper and the hub mounting point's done the job perfect. Don't forget you will need longer wheel nut's

If the brakes work well as they do just with lager discs, I would stick with that set up. 4 pot kits do pop up on here from time to time.
I had a load of aggravation with mine really just trying to source the correct disc and offset to work with the extenders and also not rub the wheels.
Have a read of my thread, I endded up getting the discs machined, grinding pads as I wanted ferrodos in, wheels would also not fit without spacers so then had to fit a longer stud kit.
Having said they stop the car well mind
just the cast callipers look an absoloute dog!
All that hassle and expense for looks brizza, you must be mad
Maybe
Here's one for you to try on them Jon
Hey love, don't suppose you have any celotape on ya?
No, why?
Because I'm ripped
