If any of you read this thread before you race, watch out for this quite unassuming guy possably in a red phase 1.......a friendly nudge to one of his rear wheels should sort him out. he has a habit of winning everything from raffles to races!

Wow, what outrageous fun that was! A big thanks to everyone that attended, especially the guys that came from further a field (Blocky & Scoff etc)

The day started off nasty - cold and raining heavily. The karts were on slicks so you can guess how difficult it was! The format was 2 heats per driver then a B final and anA final. The person that won the B final took part in the A final.

    So....... The results!

    B final:

    1, T. Adams (Timmy) Time: 8:37.85
    2, R. Dhillion (Ranj) + 7.93
    3, S. Dhillon + 29.45
    4, P. Warby + 39.77
    5, B. Hughes (my bro in law) +1 lap - 9
    6, W. Kely + 1 lap - 27

    A final:

    1, T. Adams Time 10:12.83
    2, I. Lomax (Lomo) + 11.95
    3, A. Daniel + 12.37
    4, A. Bloxsome (Blocky) +14.78
    5, C. Blackwell (Scoff) + 19.60
    6, T. Walker + 23.84
    7, A. Woolley (Alex) + 38.70

Fastest lap of the day goes to Tony Walker which was 49.38 seconds set at the end of the day. In the first wet session his time was 1:06.32 so you can see how wet it was!

Well done to the top 3 - Timmy, Lomo and Alan

CHEATED!? You wouldn't get out the way! One little blip and SEEEEYAAAAAA.....

Great day and many thanks to Alex for organising it for us . What a great venue and the lack of stupid rules meant some real good out and out racing! Definitely need to look at doing it all again!!

It will be a while before I forget the picture of Alex's brother in law hurtling in to the tyre wall...Classic!!

Great to see the familiar faces

I lent him that helmet he was wearing, I had to spend about 20 minutes stripping it down and cleaning mud off it - it was even on the inside!
