I've just bought a garrett T3 -34 actuator fitting it today. Lift pressure of 1 bar but can be used upto 2 bar with a bleed valve paid £64 posted brand new ebay

I can't comment on K-Tec's offering, but the shiney stuff is just that, the quality parts are inside the garrett actuators.

    Really interested about it.
Is it holding more pressure than the -31?

    Re: actuators

unless things have improved - very crap, the springs didn't do the same thing twice when I tested them, got a new batch from the manufacturer and they were crap too. Given a few cycles the heavy springs worked just like a new soft one. Funnily enough it was only myself and prodrive who'd contacted the manufacturer about them and they were looking into it and would let me try the new springs once they'd sorted it. I'm still waiting and my box of bits is thick with dust.

And what actuator do you all recommend for a T25?
    Such a garrett -34?

I seriously doubt that's a genuine actuator for that price, the UK distributer don't even sell them for that at trade price.
