Black WRC Escort "B5 JAM" Stolen

Can everyone please keep their eye out for this, it was taken from a unit in Leek, Cheshire (just outside Macclesfield) at some time between 8pm and 10am this morning 06/10/2011. Due to the complicated start-up process, it is likely to have been taken on a trailer / low-loader.

It's currently missing the rear bumper and the front wings are in primer!

Obviously it has many unique parts on the car, so if anyone gets offered anything, then please contact Richard Hynes on 07780 607736.

THERE IS A £5,000 REWARD LEADING TO THE SAFE RECOVERY!

Please spread the word and see if we can get the car back!

That's such a shame, but I reckon it's on it's way to Ireland. (no offence to our Irish members).

Primary form of motorsport in Ireland is rally, it's a wrc, so a good basis for a car/spares.

Its disgusting really this guy has put alot of time effort and money into this im told its running 800bhp so a proper all out weapon. Id say its been stolen to order. I live 15mins away from where it was taken which prob means nothing as its not going be in the stoke/leek area.

Stolen to order for sure. It will be in a 40 foot chaicon in a port, ready to be shipped over seas. You see loads of serious cars in ports - 3 to a container, particularly in dodgy countries. Bizarrely i saw a lot of older Jags on my last trip. I reported them all but fa will ever be done by foreign customs, they will receive a bung.

Hope it turns up but without a tracker then he has no chance imo. I hope it was well insured,
