We will be setting off to the Pod early doors on the Friday. We can go in 2 directions, either A47 for a shorter more rural drive, or A14 for a motorway feel. This all depends on the members going.

There will be an obligatory Maccy D stop.

Ill be looking at leaving around 7 from mine, so more than likely around 7:45 - 8am at cambridge services. To get to pod at 9, might actually leave earlier thinking about that. What time you looking at getting to Pod?

yeah, think aiming for 8 at cambridge services will be good enough, unless leaving really early always going to get caught on the A14 driving along, so might as well stack a steady drive after a nice sausage and egg McMuffin with hash brown

Ahh, yeah slightly shorter than him, but still can only just fit in a 5 still dont know how he managed.

Well the bloke at my work is decided to not turn up today, so im not sure what is happening now how can it be so difficult just to turn up to work once a day, its not like its a difficult day really. Working harder getting my new project clean and running which it nearly is, just needs a lot of red colour restorer going into the paintwork as its a bit dull but a million times better than what it did look like when we got the car. Plus engine is running sweet as with the new turbo in place and not smoking at all plus carb is nicely setup and idles better than my own car and this one has been sitting for the last 9 years doing nothing. Goes to show how good these cars are really.
