I got a bumper from him ages ago and it took him months to send it. 2-3 months if i remember and i was hassling him weekly. When it came it was filthy, Im talking so dirty it took me hours to clean. When i got it clean it had more marks and scratches than described. Also bought a grill around the same time which just wasn't in the condition described (it even had a dead fly in the mesh)

I should of mentioned it.

I had a claim in through paypal but cancelled aeter he contacted me, gonna try and put in another one.
Would go to the police but I need an address thats definately for him so as to report him. Absolutely fuming about it as I'm £160 out of pocket.
Did contact Miller on the commitee with all the details but never got a reply so guessed they weren't interested

As Miller has said a few posts above, he has been trying to get hold of Mike for everyone but we're having as much trouble as you. We ARE interested so please read the whole thread, we don't want to see any members being ripped off

exactly what was going to say! maybe he doesnt know we know his new ebay account? imo it looks pretty obvious that hes got/has internet access.

either way its not acceptable that he can take the cash and not deliver the goods!
i guarantee that peoples opinion would be very different if mike to 5mins to email/phone the buyer to let them know his situation.

people have tried phoning him again then ? finsta got through to him by the look of it. maybe people could phone him every 10 minutes for a whole day, he'll get pissed off at that sooner or later.

I'd just go pay a vist now, half the country away or not, I've done it before. only ever once did somene get away with not sending me goods, I tried all ways I could to find his address, all for 40quid, but I'd have knocked on his door if I'd have found it.

I checked, rtoc doesn't have any more details for him other than what has been posted here already.

We will try to keep an eye on this thread & add anything if we find anything out.

It's quite sad as Mike had seemed to build up quite a good business & rep...

john got a hold of mike and well this is what was said.

iam mainly doing painting now not in the yard as much but doing fine text me and pop up would be good to see you and john.

concerning the parts people have not recieved i sent a few things out and the addresses got mixed up to members in the rtoc when asked to send them back they just said you take long enough to send your parts you'll just wait.

then when mike put a post on the rtoc then everyone just started by saying that look at the time it takes you to send out part its your problem not ours.

so thats whats going on with mike is is in the paint shop and just getting over the cold for the past 2 weeks.

How much of this is truth i don't know, have people been sent the wrong goods on here & not returned when asked ??

I feel really sorry for him , colds are terrible....

, i know we are all never perfect but this sounds like a bag of ****e, seems to me like mike is turning into an arse, cant he even return the guys call etc , poor show mate, ill never buy from you again..no matter how rare etc.

tbh raj , im fairly close and could have a drive over if anyone wants but i think its better if an area rep or committee member maybe comes along aswell . maybe even another scottish member ,but im inclined not to get involved as i have no grudges or money owed with mike .

was kinda hoping he wouldve been back on by now to explain ,but its looking and sounding by the excuses hes given some lad that theres not much chance of that happening now .
