You will be surprised how many people count them as what they spend on the car. Looked at one car where they spend 10k+ on it and most of those were petrol receipts
I have got 9k worth of receipts, most of them from k-tec as I did not know any better a few years ago. This also includes a respray, brand new renault bumpers, grille etc. The only thing not touched was my interior. (and yes thats one receipt per part, not multiple replacements!)
This basically replaced every engine part and suspension part with a "K-tec" one so I am struggling to see how 40k could be spent!!
The way I see it, I was stupid enough a few years ago to pay one of the most expensive tuners going to build me a Renault 5 Gt Turbo from basically just a shell and it came to only a ¼ of the cost that the lad is quoting here.
Simple answer: He's probably posting/speaking BS...again
