    2mm needle valve

    Hi can anyone tell me if these are the correct 2mm needle valve for a 5 ? (thread wise etc) Thanks

    Take the old one apart n drill it. Seals better if you drill from inside out.

    Cheers mate so you only drill as far as the pin? Its only a spare so will have a practice when my drill bits turn up.

    yeah just pull the pin bit back and just enlarge the hole doing it very slowly

    I forgot to ask is it straight in at 2.0 or is it worth trying 1.8 and 1.9?

    may be better opening the hole up slowly as less chance of getting a bad burr and not sealing properly.

    Go straight for 2mm if your drilling out the standard, done properly it will seal fine.

    The hole in the ebay 2mm needle was under 2mm when i tried to fit a drill bit in mine, i drilled mine out to 2.1 & it still seals ok so might be an option if you need more fuel.
