Why would anyone ever need to fit 8 new valves? And for £200?! £50 for 8 valves is more realistic. Unless you're buying Paul Ivy wasted stem back cut type of thing.
£15 for a water pump and about £60 for a Valeo clutch is what I last paid, all though that was at least 4 years ago.
I fitted used pistons in both rebuilds. Measured, checked and passed as good enough.
Used followers and cam. Used oil pump, measured, etc.
Why would you want the crank reground? Lapped maybe, if that.
Your list is nonsense. That's why there is such a price difference between your total the a 'normal' one.
