    "T3" actuator & boost

I have the "T3" actuator, as K-Tec likes to call it:

I'm looking for 22 psi, but I can't seem to shorten the actuator rod lenght more than at which it produces 14 psi. Is there something wrong with it or do I just need to re-install my under-bonnet bleed valve for the extra 8 psi?

The spring th actuator is supplied with could be too soft, you might be worth getting a stronger one and trying that.
