    newbie with a new 5

    New poster! (less than 10 posts)

    hey everyone,

    just thought id say a quick hello now i've finally uploaded pics of my 5. Had it about a month now and apart from the starter motor setting itself on fire day after i brought it back its all running sweet have a few plans for it, suspension, respray and engine tuning so will keep every1 updated.

    looks sweet mate, doesnt need lowering imo .....maybee some nice 15" wheels to fill arches a bit

    i thought the gap looked a bit big didn't notice the size of the wheels

    i just brought a 5 with 17" wheels....i hate them desperatly looking to exchange for some 15's, a little gap around the wheels is not a bad thing if your gonna anything in the back heavier than a packed lunch

    lol you haven't seen the size of my packed lunch, i usually have a flat bed follw me to work so my boot is free

    but seriously though i dont like big wheels

    but they are a tad too small

    thanks for the welcome i was told when i bought it that it had been lowered slightly but looking at the springs they have seen better days and defo in need of replacing so i've just been reading up on here for advice an the koni yellows seem to be the best 1s to go for?
    yellow..i think i see you go past pretty much daily in your megane if thats you? megane looks awesome especially in that colour

    yes i sold it a few months ago now, god i miss her back to a 5 now, loves it. i usually see your moter by the strawberry fields. my fives only been on the road for the last week or two. and my mate has a raider with turbines on it, hes usually floating about to. no doubt well bump into ya soon.

    thats a shame but gud to see your bak with a 5 i'll sure we'll bump into each other on the roads at some point
