How to give Member feedback?

hi guys..

how do you give either good or bad feedback for another member, so that people are aware if its a good sorce to buy from or not?

I would suggest the Positive or Negative feedback boards, but surely that's too obvious?

Oh right, never thought about costs involved... shame I've found it pretty handy on Cliosport/AVForums!
