World Series by Renault Silverstone 18th & 19th September
Don’t miss out on the biggest Renault event of the year!!

There is still time to register your Renaultsport, Classic Renault or Alpine vehicle for the infield Collectors’ Parking Area. Deadline extended to Friday 10th September!!

As a registered Renault Collector, you will have access to a dedicated infield parking area and a welcome coffee and refreshments will be offered on Saturday and Sunday for the driver and guest.

You will also receive one goody bag per registered vehicle, including a souvenir WSR Rally plate and the latest copy of Performance French Car Magazine.

You will be automatically entered into the Meguiar’s Concours which will take place on Saturday 18th September and showcases the best cars in the following categories:

1. Best Pre 1979 Renault Car - (excluding sports and modified models)
2. Best Pre 1979 Renault Classic Sports Car - (all Sports & Alpine models)
3. Best Post 1979 Renault Sports Car - (all Sports & Alpine models)
4. Best Modern Renault Sports Car - (all Renaultsport models)

The awards will be presented at the Renault Collectors’ Gala Evening which will be held at Whittlebury Park Golf & Country Club on the evening of Saturday 18th September.Please note that the Gala Evening is at additional cost and is open to all registered Collectors and their guests. I have called Whittlebury Park today and left a message with the person in charge of camping. To try and see if it is possible to get us all camped together. I have told her 20-25 plots have been booked by our members (correct me if i am wrong!!), using the information that has been supplied to this thread.

Then hopefully when you turn up we will just need to say, you are with the RTOC and then be directed to our area......well that's the plan

I will give her another call tomorrow and see what she says.

Excuse me for being a tard,I scanned this thread, can you pay at the door for a day? I went to silverstone for lemans yesterday for the first time and it was pretty cool tbh, I also didn't realise it was less than an hour away

You need to have applied for your free tickets a few months ago & then recieved them in the post by now.

For the Camping YES

I got a response today

They will not reserve a space for us because in the past, when they have done this people have complained about the location they were allocated........you cant please everyone

BUT......... if the first person to arrive on FRIDAY finds a location that can hold at least 20-25 plots for us, we can set our own area up. Once we find the area we would then need to go back to the main gate and tell the gate staff the location we have chosen, the staff will then direct everyone else as they arrive to the location when they quote "RTOC CAMPING"!!!!

I am not going to get their till 9pm Friday and I would assume people will be there before me........ so i am looking for a volunteer to do the above for the club, it would not take long to sort.
