Im interested in you car pics, renault 5 gt turbos with aftermarket rims.
I was going to go for 172s but the whole wheel spacer thing is putting me of, turbines are another option, look sweet but have been done to death.
I fancy some nice 16" oldskool rims like arrows, blades, azev as or some steaths.

i thought all the stealths had been buried in a field somewhere , i think momo arrows have a place on a 5 gtt...i have a customer that is going back to the old school hockenheims which suit it well
hockenheim's would be my choice on a 5 these days....
Perhaps i should do the 90's thing and buy a set and remove the side graphics...

Iv still got my hocks , they are the early 1's not the hock r's ,infact they were the first thing i ever bought for my 5 when i got it way back in the early 90's ,was considering putting them back on this year for a wee change

Sod it, i don't own it now but this was when i had the 5 sitting on 15" 100+ Qualifiers painted MGB British Leyland 70s orange
So if it's a 172but i love these 15" Speedline 2118s and think they'd suit a 5
show me some azevs on a 5 again, i bought a set...
anyone know what the 16" 172 alloys offset is?

Matt - Stamps on the rims are 48.5 offset, so way off the 35 ideal. I have to run 5mm spacers on mine, i listen to people saying "spacers - No way" but i've never had any issues.

The best ones on this thread have to be the Blades and the P-slots thay both look awsom.

I've lost track of where my old various sets of alloys have gone over the years - Gawd knows who currently owns my old white 5 in that picture. I'm guessing the Hocks have long since gone awol as well...

I used to have a set of standards a few years ago, which were shiney in the centre and black on the inners, but they needed refurbing

Now that what im talking about, they look fantastic, i had 7.5 x 16 on my old gt and i had quite a bit of rubbing, full lock and on the rear. What was done to get these on?
