Ok folks, as this never happened last time im gauging interest to do this again..

Not sure if anybody else has ever been to tarbucks before... basically its a large eating venture.. all you can eat £5.99.

Pizza, carvery, mexican, everything really...

really nice place.. now i went to the one in stoke on trent but there is also one in coventry.. which would people prefer, i would have to call in advance to give them some headway that theres gna be a few of us coming..

Im thinking start of march for this meet, whats other folks saying...

Is there anyway that these Events can be emailed to members reminding them of the event? And on every event we have a tick box to say if you are attending or not and then in the email it gives a list of who is meant to be attending? Same with in the thread?

Not without a whole stack of work mate, since it's embedded in the forum and not one of the services I wrote myself. You can always subscribe to an event thread, and get updates on it that way.

URGENT GUYS, bit of a mixup, despite me phoning previously and making them aware of a large number of people etc they have failed to make a note of these and are saying due to the easter holidays they wont take any bookins as it may be very busy..

Im not sure what others want to do but there is a possibility we wont get a table which will be a rather large kick in the testies..


therefore im thinking if its cool with everybody else ill move this meet probably to the end of the month.

However please note there is a mini meet happening at kenobis house in ibstock as per other thread..
