    t34 turbo

I have been looking at this and wondering if the turbo would be too laggy for such a small engine?

The biggest turbo that I have seen on a renault 5 before was a t3 and that was laggy enough on its own.

Still too big, there's no way the C1J will make enough power to get that compressor anywhere near efficient - gas has no impact on compressor efficiency, only turbine.

    Re: t34 turbo

I run a t28 at 18 psi and that does not fully kick in until around 3700 revs and I find that laggy enough for myself bue does pull well on full boost

I just have never seen such a turbo used on a c1j before.

    Re: t34 turbo

I think the more common one is the tb3403, not sure if that is the real group A one or not ? It's a 300+hp turbo, maybe only one or 2 GT engine's could actually use it efficiently and even then it'll be a bit on the large side.

Howdy scoff that comp cover housed the 60 wheel and unique back plate ie even with the adapter ring off the largest t28 it wouldn't fit the comp cover. Hence ebayed.
