    Now for some pitch!

    About Zeitronix wideband

Don't confuse these with plain wideband controllers, they are capable of a lot more than that.

They have inbuilt RPM convertors, EGT, map sensor (boost) input and throttle position (TPS sensor) input.

In short this means that with the additional EGT probe, pressure sender and connection to a throttle position sensor you will be able to display AFR, lambda, EGT and boost on the gauge and using the supplied ZDL (Zeitronix data logging) software you can record upto 9hrs of data from the sensors onto your laptop. For those with EFI cars using a map sensor, it is possible to calibrate the "user" input to log the output from the existing map sensor to save using the optional zeitronix pressure sender.

Ideal for people who tune their own, or others cars. Logs of 1/4m runs or track days can be made to compare AFR with boost, throttle position and EGT values.

A bit about Adaptronic race management

The E420c ECU is a standalone engine management aimed at those who need functions typically required in a race car, but is just as comfortable running a daily road going car too.

For a better idea of it's ability, have a read of the product specification here:

    Cheers, Chris

    Hi Xenon

Yes, the map sensor should work fine.

Here is the connector (plug) you need for it:

    no handing-over on this article?
    lol

if not could you tell me Ci this apparatus French and identical that has Ci, or if its function and all made another thing that there:

    Tech Edge 2Y1 : france

    Zt-2 & LCD display package : Angleterre

if you assure me that the ZT-2 ace same the functions, to see more, that the tech edge 2y1, I would thus strongly be interested by your products!!

    Hi Xenon

The functions look similar but I don't think you can connect EGT to the Techedge ? You can see EGT with the Zeitronix. Also, you do not get a gauge with the Techedge, but you get a display or gauge with the Zeitronix.

    Cheers

Re: EFI-Parts discounts (Zeitronix, AEM, Adaptronic and some other stuff)

A quick update, I have some new things comming from AEM.

The 2 that might be of interest to folk on here are the 6-in-1 wideband kit, P/N: 30-4100 for £155 and their new water injection kit with progressive controller, P/N: 30-3000 for £300. They're not due until the 10th of Feb, but if you Google the part numbers you will find no end of information on either kit.

Re: EFI-Parts discounts (Zeitronix, AEM, Adaptronic and some other stuff)

I'll be honest chris, I havn't ever tried one, I just needed a moderately priced, high-volume bit of kit that will help me secure the new top-rated-seller status on ebay. General sensus is that they're fine, I can't find many (if any) cases on the web of folk having problems. They're certainly the best selling low-price kit I've come across, by a long shot. They have a wideband analogue output and a serial output, which can be fed into ECU's like the Adaptronic and others for logging or closed-loop tuning.

AEM relented today and decided to ship early, so I should have them in a week or so. I'll stick some pictures up along with a specification. Standard 12 month AEM warranty applies.
