i am talking about the car specific hubcentric ones that bolt
on to the disc .
are there any problems with using them apart from the increased unsprung mass ?
can also get them custom made , would aluminium be a good choice
of material ?

I use the Eibac ones and I'm sure they are made of ali but not 100%
They are cheap enough to buy to be honest as I was going to get a set made up but it worked out alot more.
i have heard of people losing wheels while running them, the bolts supplied with the kits that hold the spacer to the hub fail, think it's a kit made by micorlor or something like that. not sure if it's a case of them working loose and you can't check them easily as you have to remove the wheels or they just aren't up to the job
