Just get the swirl pot gone ph1 gtt's never had one.
ok ok,
i think i need to get a couple metal joiners, i have been looking at it this morning and my scuttle cover wont allow me to put the header thank underneath and i dont want to loose that as i think it keeps it looking neat so my new thought is gloss black the header tank and put it on the bulk head so everything is within and clear of the inner arches
Only a little touch, here is my new oil cap sticker from Jonny5
Those silver on black do look good.
Currently back up for sale as I have an s2000 itch at the moment
How much of an itch? I'm looking to sell mine soon.
Quite a big itch.
I have put the car up for sale in the classifieds
What are you looking for in an S2000, i can offer you some advise.
Its totally different to an R5 but i guess you know that.
In reference to the post in your sale thread, i'd never sell it for an 350Z but each to their own.
Super Thank you.
I will chuck you a pm with a few questions.
Well I have had my 6 monthly tantrum and am now thinking straight again so will not be changing for a new car.
A lucky escape
i think so yes
i have dropped the car off with a well known chap on here for a once over and a tune up
Cars back home again..... Yay! !
Haha I know very poor effort
It's been raised nearly 2 inches at the rear which normally goes against my vw grain but it's so much nicer to drive and now nose heavy instead of bum heavy.
The exhaust has been rehung so no more horrible vibrations
And the carb has been set up for 18 psi manifold with a 4 psi drop so 22psi carb top. It's still giving us a little jip by running rich on initial start up but there is a plan for the way forward.
The car was also given the going over of its life time and I was supplied a very comprehensive report with compression test results coolant system pressure check and every area of the car examined.
I do have a to do list now but I also know the eyes that examined the car are very experienced and have high standards which is what I liked.
Big thanks to Tony @ gt turbo spares for his efforts
new ride height pics
as much as i am a 'low car person' and this went against my grain it feels much better on the road as the weight is forward and much more fun on the country roads as before when it was dragging its bum on the floor it was doing the car no favours
Still looks great mate
cheers mate
just had a look through your profile, your white ones lovely have you a build thread?
Thanks Bood, no I haven't mate, I should have done really - I bought it in quite a mess and have spent the last 18 months slowly restoring it. Just refitted my ARB and full exhaust back on the car today after being off the car 12 months.
Oh and them I have a black one also and this is why I always closely follow your threads pal - gives me inspiration
shame you should of, and if you have been busy today no time like the present
ahh i did not notice a black one i shall return and have a butchers
Liking the cars new look with the suspension height change, looks completely different car IMO but in a good way!
Cheers mate. Nothing much changed lately just keeping her clean during daily duties
Love this car soooo much
Thanks mate very kind of you.

Yeah sorry predictive text on my phone always gets the better of me.
Cheers dude!
Guess I won't be finding one of them easily haha
What exhaust system do you run?
after doing a faultless fully loaded camping trip
i have treated it to a nice cover
Nice basket
I love that this car is the mule for camping trips. I don't know how you get that bike carrier on and loaded up without damaging the paintwork.
Haha thanks.
I don't think there is any point of having it if I don't use it. The bike rack does have padding and anything that touches the paint does have a soft pad on.
