I saw that at the Retro Show and it looked awesome.
Exactly how fast is it though with a Bike engine lugging all that steel around??

upto 180bhp, so keep it revving and its going to shift, mk 1 fez is light as hell
not much torque, 80lb/ft or so but tbh with a lightweight shell like that and the revs kept up it'd fly

oh and looks stunning bar the wheels, which completely ruin it, just don't suit it at all!!

I had a good chat with the owner at the retro show about his car, nice bloke and an epic car. I still smile thinking of the sound of the bike engine coming out the back definitely not what you would expect

Agreed, it will be a lot quicker than the original, lol. And the wheels are just too big, though it looks amazing aside from that. Will be interesting to see what price it goes for.

best of it is the guys a garage spec project mechanic, to be honest i dont think hes really used it a great deal, only finished it earlier this year and about that time he got the drift bug and has been sliding cars around with me.
Glad you guys approve of it
