I plan to be staying over somewhere in the city so we can have a few ales.
I'll refer to this by the end of Friday and take those as on the list ok with the time and place and book the restaurant. If you're planning on staying over great, let me know and I'll search out a few places. There is somewhere in the centre for a double room with Breaky for about £65.00

OK option 2 is of the 10th also - Put down your possible dates and also the number of members.
Most people run a mile when you say 'Car Club' or 'Ipswich'17th Nov sounds good, just wondering if theres much parking, also any travelodges close by as possibly get bit of discount if booked good few weeks ahead, So best staying away from that really. After Friday and I know definite numbers I'll be looking into places to stay. I won't be booking for people, but I'll put up some suggestions. Also may be worth pointing out that this is not a cruise so the 5 won't be making an appearance and TBH it will probably be in pieces again, so parking issues will be less complicated.
Please confirm the date you are able to attend and also if you will be bringing anyone else.
