My friend, Spa is an option, but in reality it would empty the coffers hiring that place for a day, and then you'd have to at least generate a very strong RTOC turn-out to help get some money back.

The alternative, less outlay, way of going somewhere like there is what I mentioned in the pub last week, and what I'm now currently on the case with trying to see if it's a viable option

its any excuse with you................ dont think of the money for the majority when a dozen of us could have a great time in Belgium............... ill bring an mx5

This will be the first one ill be able to attend. Would there be a way of members having there account names in the windows of the cars or nametags maybe?? Some sort of icebreaker thing?

Good idea, it would cost a little for the stickers to be made up or buy a sticker producing printer and would obviously take someones time to organise, but they could be posted out with the tickets?
