Yes ,all must wear helmets .There will be passenger passes available on the day .
can you hire helmets?

I doubt it guys, im sure someone can confirm though.
You can buy a lid for £100 notes and you have it for life, if you ever fancy the thrill of 2 wheels is there waiting to :).
If you are really stuck maybe go to a bike teaching school and try and lend one, offer a few quid and a decent deposit, im sure they would oblige.
