it may be my memory but is that the right cap for the expansion bottle? it's either blue or brown and i'm not sure which it should be :scratch: (they have different pressure ratings and i'd hate to see your clean engine bay get covered in coolant)

Your`e not wrong there Trev I recently bought a fully restored Tungsten grey Gt and about the only little job the guy didn`t do was replace the headlights bought a set off the same guy as Matt and for the sake of £14.99 each the difference is amazing..:) oh and the car looks very nice Matt a credit to your hard work there.
Thanks guys. No suspension on it at the minute though :( need all the top strut housing.
You might be best off using the original springs on your suspension rebuild mate as most o the time brand new springs are the wrong length.

Did you get the 2pin fan connector in the end?
It is indeed the little things but by rectifying everything do you loose some of the originality? Been thinking about this and making all perfect do you loose some of the character of what after all is a 20 year old car?

Car looks amazing mate, I am doing the same thing with mine and if it looks anywhere near the same as yours I`ll be well happy, just wanted to know if you have the same issue with mine on the front indicators?
I fitted new headlamps (non genuine as apparently you can`t get the valeo ones anymore), but I fitted genuine front orange indicator lenses, but they sit really low and leave a big gap betweeen them and front wing!
Did you sort it or any ideas on this issue?
