The boost readings appeared to be a bit higher on their equipment than what guys i spoke to said they were running as well.
-
Re: North East & Yorkshire RR day 30th November RTOC v's CS.net
Looking at mine what its done is said 10psi but really it peaked at 10psi @ 3500 rpm then it settled down at 7psi by 5000rpm so it actually made peak power at 5800rpm @ 7psi...

I thought the rollers were pretty good .....tallied with some of my other tests :agree:
-
Re: North East & Yorkshire RR day 30th November RTOC v's CS.net
i have always used them , and find them as good as any i have been to .
Question is , is anyone ever happy with a rolling road, there always seems to be a grumble that this or that is wrong at these events. Its all about the crack for me , more of a social gathering than a proving ground.
Lets not take away the fact it was a good get together to break up the summer events :p

mines was 20 bhp up on the power i made the week before on the same make of rollers(dastek) but id say that warpspeed was closer to what i had at AVA not far off each other .
still im not complaining ;):D if it had been 20 hp less then id have been worried :crap:
and as others have stated its good to see how other cars compare on the day :)
-
Re: North East & Yorkshire RR day 30th November RTOC v's CS.net

Same here, The Glanza reads just short of 10PSI on the Autometer boost gauge, 12 psi on the rollers:)
