Blimey, Seeing 'Pepe' (The Wifes 21T) parked up among all the GT's really takes me back!!
And I keep forgetting that Scoff's rear engined beast started out Silver, think that was the 1st time I met him.
I like the pic of Mr Wilday collecting his 'trophy' for the biggest BHP of the day....I seem to remember our 21T managed a staggering 273bhp on those super accurate rollers (just one week after a running 225bhp on another set of rollers) must have been the new set of plugs I fitted!! LOL!!!
Now i'm not saying they were generous but obviously Europarts main 'sponser' couldn't lose to a home brewed 21T!!!
It certainly doesn't feel like nearly 10 years ago, I moved on from the Renault scene about 3 years back and bought a bike, lovely red Ducati sat in the garage now but a small part of me still yearns for an old Renault, whether or not I manage to convince the Wife is another story!!! LOL!!
I've got some pics of my own somewhere Bill, i'll see if I can find them and upload them....bring back the old days!!!
They do bring back some memories, i went to pretty much most of those events pictured although i was never a member back in the day (didn't join till 2004). It is real shame don't have the turn out like we use to.
Nice to see a pic of my Yellow ex AJ Tuning car is in one of those pics (2003 Nat Day), i do miss that car and wish i never painted it blue and fitted those stupid Polo headlights, i think if i never did that i'd still have the car now.
Just wondering how many of the cars pictured are actually still out there, my guess 50% have gone

Yea, it's good to see the raffle car. I've found some photos of the first time I saw it, at Nat' Day 2004, when it had 30k on the clocks. I'll get them uploaded a bit later on, if I can.
It's good to see some pics of the first Nat' Day as well. It's the only one I haven't attended :(. I think it was on my Brother's 18th Birthday.

Mark did paint it blue and changed the front end. I think it had polo headlights.
That red smoothed bootlid 5 caught my eye too. Wondering if it was the one on the welcome page for a long time, I also remember seeing it at R-tec in st Albans many many years ago.

Great pics! Brings back lots of memories for me as I went to a lot of those events back in the late 90's and early 2000's although my car didn't seem to make it onto any of these pictures, I will see if I can find some of the pictures I took and scan them in.
My 5's off the road as it failed the MOT on rust along the sills and inner arches which makes very :(, makes me more determined than ever to get her back on the road so I can get to some events next year!
