540x180x65 intercooler fitting, help keeping fogs? penfold?

sorry penfold, only put your name in title as i no 1 of your 5's has a cooler fitted behind bumper.

Basically heres where im at...

Have cut bottom strip off crossmember, and fitted intercooler and piped it up, went to put bumper on, but couldnt, so have cut the bottom mounting brackets off the bumper, and the bottom mounting points on intercooler as not being used(was just touching bumper, but hopefully this has sorted it). Bumper now almost goes on, but the hoses are touching on the back of the fog light part so theres no way i could get the fog lights in.
