Since iv put the new actuator on the first few times you try to boost it gets to 10psi and then struggles.Holds back with like a fluttery noise and wont make anymore than 10psi.A few attempts to boost and it sorts itself out and holds 18psi no bother.Thought it was the carb at first but not sure now.thanks
