How akward was it to get the double capacity intercooler to fit with the o.e airfeed? as thats my next job.

Like this car very much indeed. Looking forward to seeing the decals put on.
Just in case you want to remove the over-boost switch (as I notice you don't have it connected atm), you can buy a grub screw with an allen key fitting very cheaply that will neaten up that intercooler pipe.
