Been talked about to death about 10 years ago now. It was deemed a useless conversion due to the cc of the gt engine.

Would be cool to have a T2 for low down and a T3 for big top end fun but it'll be alot of work, espically as you can buy a VNT which does the same job for a fraction of the cost of getting a custom manifold, twin oil feed, boost circuit and exhaust system made up

Sorry to be a downer

I know of one that was tried a few years ago, don't think it worked out really well and in my honest opinion isn't really worth the work

well i got a couple of ideas going to see how they pan out....its on a spare engine anyways and i got 90% of the bits in the workshop so im going to have a play :)

2 in parallel might work on a drag engine - kind of like a poor man's twin scroll turbo :D

one on cylinders 1&4 and the other on cylinders 2&3...

probably be dreadful though.

unless you mean to use a cassette system, so that when the first blows up the 2nd switches in?

Im doing the parallel one first as its the cheaper option and i got all the bits..just two small T2s its more out of curiosity and i want to play :)

i also designing a running bed so i can take the engines out of 5s put them on my "made up jig" and get them running outside the car.......
