Catcam 5500327

I have the above cam and the catcam adjustable vernier pulley for it.

I will be fitting the cam to an engine that I'm assembling but I'd like some opinions on the said cam.

Who has is fitted ? Thoughts ?

Also, if anyone has self built an engine with the cam, did they use the vernier or was the oe version accurate enough ?

Is it essential to use the adjustable vernier as with the piper 285 for example ?

Any info would be great.

catcams are the shizzle i heard from many people , should be able
to use them with the standard pulley but the optimum gains will only
be had when used and setup properly with a vernier pulley .
