what is the best side for me to plumb my pressure gauge into? should i plumb it into the turbo side of the oil pressure system or the general lubrication side. just thinking if i plumb into the turbo side i can monitor the oil pressure to the turbo.
Turbo side, thats where Renault put the factory gauge, there's a reason for that you know

Youre getting confused with boost...:wasntme:
And yea, before turbo is fine...:D
Definitely, get a braided oil feed pipe with a connector in for the oil pressure gauge.
If you call Think Automotive and tell them you're after one for a 5 they'll know what you need.
