Bit of a sad day as my GT Turbo went to its new owner today :(, its for the best though, it was unfair on the car for me to keep it as I didnt have the time to work on it so it was just rotting on the drive.
My membership runs out later on this month and im gonna leave the renault seen and move onto VW's when I can afford to get another car to play around with.
I'm sorry to hear that dude!
Good luck with a DUB in the future!

Cheers Andy, It just feels right to leave renaults now and move on.
Wish I got that feeling!
Just remember the main rules of Dub ownership and you'll be fine!
1) Car must be lower than Josef Fritzl's morrells!
2) It's not all about size of your rim but the depth!

Ah mate...well i guess i'll take off where you leave the Renault scene, as an "ex-5GT Turbo" owner ;)
As for the DUBs, i had a Mk3 Golf VR6 and to be honest, albeit it sounded gorgeous with an induction kit and exhaust system, i find V-Dubs too heavy and toooo thirsty!! :dearme:
I dont know what you have in mind but it can be an expensive thing...coilovers, split rims, Euro-look blady blady blah lol
But good luck with it mate and if not you can always return! :)

Not 100% sure what Veedub I want to get ive got to sort my money problem out first, But I really like the Bora's Maybe Even go diesel and get the 1.9 TDI 130hp or get a MK2 golf and VR6 turbo it or even 1.8 20vturbo it Or if I can keep the ST I might look into a Caddy van and 20valve turbo it
